In creating his work, Brian’s goal is to evoke feelings in those who experience his art, as well as to educate others about its subject. Much of his enjoyment comes from being able to depict subjects who have achieved greatness in their lifetimes. Among his favorites are athletes, and he is official sculptor for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield Massachusetts. Another of his favorite subjects is firefighter, EMS, and Police sculptures, including a number of 9/11 memorials. Much of Brian’s work also decorates places of worship, with the Roman Catholic Church being one of his largest patrons.
