Q. Which is the most recent version of Christian Music Finder, and how can I get it?

A. A new, online edition of the Christian Music Finder is available for evaluation and subscription as of May 18,2009. The data in this comprehensive reference database is updated and released continuously, by the publishers of Christian music, and our own editors. You will always have access to the most up-to-date information if you subscribe to the online service.

Q. What exactly is Christian Music Finder, and what does it do?

A. Christian Music Finder is a reference database of more than 700,000 Christian music titles from more than 1,900 publishers and music companies. It is available in two editions: Online via the worldwide web, and Offline via CD Rom as a desktop database application. The online version can be used by anyone on any computing platform that has a browser and can access the internet. The offline version can be used on Windows 95 systems or higher. The Christian Music Finder searches song information four different ways: by songtitle, by artist name, by collection name, and by composer. "Hot links" to the internet enable users to instantly link to the publisher's or distributor's website. A data filter permits a record store to mask or filter the data so that only the recorded songs show. A sheet music store can set the filter so that only printed music shows.
